An art/Photoshop question

wombat_sochoI know some of (hell, quite a few of you) on my f-list are adept with Photoshop, GIMP, and other graphics-twiddling software, and I Has A Question.
Would it be possible to take a photo (say, this one) and make it look more like line art through use of a filter or other easy-to-abuse effect? If it takes a lot of work, don't bother, because this is just going to be button art if it works out. If it doesn't work out, I'll have to think of some other image torip off use.
